A healthy snack - Fruit salad

When you are really in a mood for a snack, this would be the best choice. I love to eat variety of veggies but when it comes to fruits I don't show that much interest. So this is an easy and better way to eat fruits. He likes to have this fruit salad with ice cream. But I could eat this just like that. You can even serve this as a dessert for your guests.



Ingredients:

1 cup cantaloupe cubed
1 cup water melon cubed
2 small bananas sliced
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp raw almonds
1 tbsp raw walnuts(if you don't like raw walnuts just toast them and add)
1 tbsp pistachios
In a large mixing bowl, add all the fruits and other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. If you would like to add richness then serve with ice cream:)
